Chrissy has been a full-time Registered Massage Therapist since 2013, graduating with honours from Collège Boréal. Rooted in her small hometown, she is known for her intuitive touch and her ability to listen to the body in a way that goes beyond words—meeting each person exactly where they are.

Her approach to bodywork is slow, intentional, and deeply responsive. Rather than following a set routine, Chrissy takes time to connect with the body, allowing it to guide the session. She blends Swedish, Deep Tissue, and Trigger Point techniques with myofascial and connective tissue release to support both therapeutic care and a deeper sense of ease within the body.

She believes the body holds an innate wisdom and capacity to heal. Through grounded presence and gentle listening, she creates a space where tension can soften, the nervous system can settle, and the body can unwind in its own time.

Alongside her massage therapy practice, Chrissy is also an energy practitioner and received her level 4 attunement in 2024. This work is offered separately for those who feel called to explore it.
