We’re preparing to introduce yoga, fascial stretch, and breathwork classes designed to support mobility, relaxation, and nervous system balance. In addition to drop-in options, class packages (5, 10, and 20 sessions) will be available for those who wish to build a consistent practice. Movement & Breath Practices offer virtual, guided services that incorporate mindful movement, breathwork, and meditation techniques designed to support relaxation, body awareness, and nervous system balance. Sessions may include structured movement sequences, breathing exercises, and guided stillness practices that encourage connection between body, breath, and mind.
These services are educational and supportive in nature and are intended to promote self-awareness, stress regulation, and overall well-being. Movement & Breath Practices are non-invasive and adaptable to individual comfort levels.
These services are complementary wellness offerings and are not intended to diagnose, treat, or replace medical, psychological, or regulated healthcare services.
