In addition to drop-in options, class packages (5, 10, and 20 sessions) will be available for those who wish to build a consistent practice. Tyshawnna is a wellness advocate and guide dedicated to the power of individualized empowerment. Her journey began in 2020 within the health and fitness industry, where she built a foundation in leadership while deepening her personal spiritual practices. These paths merged in 2022 upon the completion of her Yoga Teacher Training.

With a professional background in health and fitness management, Tyshawnna brings a grounded, stable presence to her work, harmonizing leadership experience with a soft, feminine-forward energy. She believes true empowerment is reclaimed from within and is passionate about awakening this same energy in her clients. As a facilitator, she holds a sacred space for individuals of all backgrounds to explore their innate wisdom.

Her curated sessions facilitate deep physical and energetic release through a blend of intuitive guidance, energy work, meditation, and yoga. Tyshawnna encourages a calming of the nervous system, deep listening to the body, and a gentle realignment of your energetic frequency.
